Shipping & Returns

How long does it take for my order to ship?

NOM orders typically take 24 hours to process, so your items should ship within one day of when you placed your order. If you placed an order on the weekend or a holiday, your order will ship on the next business day.

When will I receive my order?

Shipping time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout and your address for delivery. All NOM orders are shipped from our warehouse in Utah. First Class orders typically take 3-5 business days to arrive, while Priority Shipping usually will arrive in 1-3 business days. The shipping methods available at checkout depend on the weight and size of your order, so First Class Shipping may not be available for your order.

Where is my tracking information?

If you selected Priority Mail as your shipping option at checkout you will receive a shipping notification email with tracking information as soon as your order is shipped from our warehouse. Please allow for 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update as it is processed through USPS's system.

If you selected First Class as your shipping option you will also receive a shipping notification email as soon as your order is shipped from our warehouse, but you will not receive tracking information. Please allow for 3-5 business days for delivery with this shipping option.

What happens if I don't receive my order?

If USPS has marked your order as delivered but you do not see it, we recommend asking your neighbors, roommates, or family to make sure someone else didn't accidentally receive your package.

Sometimes USPS will mark an order as delivered before it arrives and it can take up to 48 hours after delivery notification to receive your package. If you still haven't received your order 2 business days after it was marked as delivered, send us an email at team@outdoornom.com so we can help to ensure you receive what you ordered.

What do I do if my package is damaged?

If you receive your order and it is damaged, please email us at team@outdoornom.com with closeup pictures of the damaged item as well as a picture of your shipping label so we can accurately find your order.

What is your refund policy?

NOM was started with the goal of nourishing the moments that matter for athletes of all abilities. We fully stand behind our products and are confident that they can fuel you for any adventure. However, if you aren't happy with your order, please reach out to us at team@outdoornom.com and we'll work with you to ensure you are 100% satisfied.

If your purchase date was within 30 days, we are happy to work with you to arrange a refund depending on your situation. The original shipping fees are non-refundable and in most cases you will need to pay for the cost of return shipping. Refunds are issued once your return has been received and processed in our facility.

Product Information

When should I drink NOM?

For our BEFORE powder, we recommend mixing in 6-8 ounces of water and drinking 10-20 minutes before you start your workout.

For our DURING powder, we recommend mixing 1-2 scoops in 17-20 ounces of water per hour based on level of exertion.

Is there caffeine in your products?

Our BEFORE powder contains 100mg of caffeine, about as much caffeine as a cup of coffee.

Our DURING powder contains 50mg of caffeine, which is about as much caffeine as a cup of black tea.

Both of our products contain L-theanine which has been shown to balance the spike and intensity some people experience when consuming caffeine, giving you a calmer and more focused boost.

Are your products gluten free?

All of our products are tested and certified gluten free.

Are your products vegan?

Our BEFORE powder is vegan.

Our DURING powder, because of the BCAA's used, is not vegan.

How can I supply NOM at my race event?

NOM is a proud nutrition sponsor for dozens of race events each year, from trail races to triathlons. We have a limited number of race openings available each season, so reach out to us at team@outdoornom.com as early as possible so we can get something put together for all your participants!
